Put a website in your lead funnel.

Sintr becomes two steps of the pipeline you already run, started by your own tools and your own payment: a draft site for every lead, and the live site once the client pays.

  1. 1Find the leadClayApolloMaps scrapers
  2. 2Write the copyyour AI stepin n8n or HubSpot
  3. 3Draft siteFrom a Sintr template, password-protectedSintr
  4. 4PitchEmailSMSLoom
  5. 5Get paidStripeGoHighLevelPayPal
  6. 6Go live and collect leadsOn your client’s domain, with forms that reach your CRMSintr

Unpaid after the days you choose? Sintr deletes the draft and sends you its leads first.

One lead, start to finish.

Nordvik Rör is a made-up plumbing business. This is what happens to it in your funnel.

  1. Clay finds the lead.

    A plumbing business in Uppsala with good reviews and no website lands in your table.

    CompanyCityPhoneWebsite
    Nordvik RörUppsala+46 18 555 01 20none
    Row 1842 in your Clay table
  2. Your workflow writes the brief and calls Sintr.

    Your AI step turns the row into a brief: name, services, area, opening hours. The workflow sends it to Sintr with the row as the client reference.

    POST /api/automation/drafts
    {
      "clientRef": "clay-row-1842",
      "name": "Nordvik Rör",
      "template": "local-business",
      "brief": { "businessName": "Nordvik Rör", … }
    }
  3. The draft is ready.

    When the build finishes, Sintr calls your webhook with a signed site.draft_ready event: the preview address and its password.

    site.draft_ready
    {
      "previewUrl": "https://calm-harbor.sintr.dev",
      "previewPassword": "q7Rk2mXv9LpA"
    }
  4. You call, and send the preview.

    The owner opens a site that is already theirs, behind a password, while you are still on the phone.

    This preview is private.

  5. The client pays you.

    Through your own checkout, at your own price. Sintr never bills your client.

    Your checkout, your price
  6. The site goes live.

    The payment triggers your workflow, which calls publish with the client’s domain. The draft becomes the live site, with HTTPS.

    POST /api/automation/drafts/nordvik-ror/publish
    {
      "domain": "nordvikror.example"
    }
  7. The first lead comes in.

    A visitor fills in the contact form. Sintr sends form.submitted to your workflow, and the lead lands in your CRM, or the client’s.

Clay

  1. Your Clay table
  2. Your AI step: write the brief

  1. Add an HTTP API column to your table and copy the settings from the steps file into it.
  2. Put your automation token in the Authorization header.
  3. Map the Company Name, Phone and City columns into the brief, or the output of your AI step for a richer one.
  4. Map siteId and previewUrl from the response into columns for your outreach.

HubSpot

  1. Deal enters "Paid"
  2. Send a webhook: Sintr publish
  3. Site live on the client’s domain
  1. Create a deal property "Sintr site ID" and fill it from the step that created the draft.
  2. Create a deal workflow that starts when the deal enters your paid stage.
  3. Add a "Send a webhook" action that calls publish for that site, with your automation token.
  4. Receive Sintr’s events through a step that can check signatures, such as n8n.

Or let your AI assistant set it up.

Add Sintr’s MCP server to the assistant you already use, then ask it to run setup_automation.

It sets your webhook and how many days an unpaid draft is kept, creates a narrow automation token: it can create, publish and clean up drafts and read your sites, clients and form submissions, but cannot delete live sites or clients, and returns the recipe for your tool with your token filled in.

  • automation_statusWhat is set up and what is still missing.
  • setup_automationWebhook, cleanup days and token, plus a filled-in recipe for n8n, Clay or HubSpot.
  • test_automationSends a signed test event to your webhook and reports whether it arrived.

The hosted MCP server is https://mcp.sintr.dev. Send your access token as a Bearer header.

Run your next lead through it.

Priced by sites, never by visits. Every feature in every plan.
